Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, customer satisfaction is important to us.

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

 

Approved issues may be eligible for:

• Replacement

• Store credit

• Refund at our discretion

 

Please note that scent preferences are subjective and not eligible for return.
